My girlfriend owns a 2011 chevy cruze and the car will not go forward when it is in drive. It will go in reverse just not forward in drive. Taking it in for service.

2011 chevy cruze. Will move on reverse only. No transmission problems until this. When put into D, car will not go forward. Any ideas?
