My 2016 LT has about 56,000 miles on it. Recently the connection to CarPlay started cutting in and out, finally getting to the point that it was cutting back and forth from CarPlay to the radio every few seconds. Now it seems that the connection has died altogether. The factory USB won't even charge the phone anymore, so either the USB needs to be replaced, the connection from the USB to the radio has come undone, or there is some other gremlin I don't understand. I am not very mechanical, especially regarding electronics.

Has anyone else had this issue or gotten it addressed? I'm unaware of any recalls or fixes offered by Chevy...I have a call in to my local dealer, waiting for reply.

Thanks to all.

My '18 is very new to me but I swear I saw a USB connection for the rear seats at the back of the center console. If yours has it,maybe it's worth a try.
